The chat bubble in the bottom-right is your widget, talking to your engine over a WebSocket. A human agent can take over any chat from the Support Console.

Try it: say “my stream keeps buffering”, then click 🧑💼 Talk to a human —
open the console in another tab (sign in as admin),
and you'll see the chat appear in the Queue. Take it over and reply; the visitor sees you live.
